FRICTION SCREW PRESS (DOWN STROKE)
FRICTION SCREW PRESS is used for Hot Forging of Steel, MS Alloy Steel, Brass Component and Aluminium. Since our inception, we are engaged in manufacturing a sophisticated array of Friction Screw Press, which are designed to be reliable, efficient and precise for Hot Forging of Steel, Brass Component, Aluminium to our esteemed clients. Depending upon the tooling employed on a press, it meets different needs of Non-Ferrous, Steel, Brass Component and Aluminium stamping’s, Hot Forgings. Our Friction Screw Press can be available in various customized options.
These Presses are being manufactured from 30 to 800 tones capacity. Their design’s beauty is that can give 1/2″ stroke with full press force. Moreover any type of ejection arrangements can be supplied along with press against specific requirements.

FRICTION SCREW PRESSES (DOWN STROKE)
Principle: A Friction Screw Press down stroke involves a rotating flywheel. The rotational Kinetic Energy of Fly Wheel is converted into linear kinetic energy that drives a screw, moving the ram and slide downwards to apply force through a die. The rotational motion of Fly Wheel is converted into kinetic energy stored in the flywheel is released during the press stroke.
Flywheel Acceleration: At the start of the working stroke, the flywheel is accelerated, storing kinetic energy.
Screw Rotation: The rotating flywheel turns the screw.
Ram and Slide Movement: The rotation of the screw causes the ram and slide to move downwards.
Forging Process: The stored kinetic energy is released as the ram descends, applying the forming force through the die.
Applications: Suitable for hot forging, cold coining, stamping, embossing, and sizing nonferrous metals.
High Accuracy: The process allows for greater precision due to its flexible stopping point.
